    TEDx: The secret behind services


    I gave this TEDx talk on services at TEDxKyotoUniversity on June 7, 2015. I presented how services at traditional sushi bars in Tokyo are organized and explained why sushi chefs do not smile, offer little information to customers and test customers by challenging them. You can find more details in my recent book (sorry only in Japanese for now).
